We’ve been a customer for over 3 years, and the service has consistently declined. Calling the main office for an update is pointless—they either don’t answer or hang up mid-call. This is completely unprofessional and unacceptable.

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing excellent service from Mr. Deepak from this company. I was in need of some emergency assistance for my uniform and was initially helped by another staff member, who unfortunately provided poor service. However, Mr. Deepak intervened and got the uniform within 2 days and completely turned my experience around.

I would like to request that, Mr. Deepak should remain our our sales representative and we were very happy to work with him as he knows our requirements. We are facing issue to deal with new guy. Please assign him back to AMCC. Regards, Afzal Ahmed Auto Mystique car care llc

These people are very unprofessional and unethical . They promised to deliver the samples in 3 days after the advance payment and deliver the whole inform in 2 weeks and they infact delivered the sample in one month in which the sample wasn’t even there. The worst part was is this guy called keithan who was responsible for the delivery which was suppose to happen in 2 weeks after the advance payment and he didn’t even pick our calls after the advance payment. Such a pathetic company ! Regret
