I visited Ash Tree Hospital in Bur Dubai recently. The doctor was kind and professional, and the reception staff were polite as well. However, my experience with the blood test was very disappointing. I was instructed to come at 9 AM for the test, but upon arrival, I was told they needed approval from my insurance. This was incredibly unprofessional and frustrating, as I had been fasting since the previous day. I waited for almost an hour while they still awaited approval, which was a complete waste of time. It’s hard to understand how such a basic issue was not addressed earlier, and it’s very concerning that they treated a patient in such an unorganized and disrespectful manner. I hope they improve their communication and handling of such matters in the future. Very poor management never ever visit again here will recommend people to stay away from this hospital really incredible experience.
