Terribly disappointed by the delay of 1.5 hours for ultrasound visit. Management, receptionist, doctor- nobody cares about timing!!! Highly do not recommend this branch !!!

I strongly do not recommend this clinic to anyone who values their health. I received incorrect treatment, which led to a loss of both time and health. The surgery that should have been performed from the beginning was simply ignored by the doctor. After I filed a complaint, I was met with manipulative calls and pressure instead of real help. It’s been over 3 months, and the clinic has done absolutely nothing to resolve the issue. The doctors are completely incompetent, and no one takes responsibility for their mistakes. Extremely disappointed and cannot trust this place.

I’m sorry to have to say this, but unfortunately I’m completely beyond disappointment and the fact that I went to the clinic five days ago and after insurance has cleared all of my tests. I have still not received any information back from my doctor. I am an excruciating pain I have called the clinic several times promised for a callback and nothing has happened. I was then told that the doctor Will only be available on Tuesday. How can this be professional care when I am in excruciating pain and feel I’m getting no response from my specialist doctor doctor Gurnam Singh. The doctor prescribed me medication prior to the test being done so of course based on the fact that this is a doctor I follow his instructions to take the medication however the pain has not subsided and I have not received any form of communication from the doctor or the clinic or the doctors personal nurse. I highly recommend that nobody should go to this clinic as it is dangerous for your health. Just an update on my I have received a phone call from the Doctor Who told me he is unavailable until Tuesday to do anything about the pain and suffering of my husband His only suggestion was to go to a clinic to get checked out Which is as far as I’m concerned, appalling

I had a truly positive experience with Dr. Praveen Nair. he was extremely professional, patient, and attentive. He took the time to clearly explain my condition and the available treatment options, making sure I was comfortable and well-informed every step of the way. visited your branch today with my wife and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The reception staff seemed unaware of the of the GP doctors were available to consult a patients with Oman insurance. As a result, we were initially directed to a doctor who couldn’t assist us. We were then asked to switch to another doctor as a walk-in, which caused significant delays. In total, it took us around 2.5 hours just to see a doctor. And i took the decision today i will not visit this branch again.This lack of coordination and poor communication caused a lot of unnecessary frustration. I hope your team can look into this matter seriously to improve service for future patients.
