Aster Clinic Jubilee (AJMC)

At Aster Jubilee Clinic, I was assisted by Fatima at the reception. She was very welcoming, helpful, and empathetic. Even though my insurance approval was delayed and I kept asking her for updates, she always responded with a smile while managing other tasks. She went the extra mile by personally calling my insurance company and getting the approval. Fatima is truly hardworking and dedicated to her job. I believe she is a great example, and all staff should treat patients with the same warmth and professionalism she shows to everyone who walks into the clinic.

I recently visited Dr. Stefna Sha for my back problem, and I had a very positive experience. She is a neurologist who truly listens with patience and care. During my consultation, she took the time to understand my concerns, conducted a thorough check-up, and explained everything clearly. The medication she prescribed has been very effective and I'm already feeling much better. She's not only kind and approachable but also clearly knowledgeable and confident in her field. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a skilled and compassionate doctor.

Very disappointing experience. This was by far one of the worst services I’ve ever encountered. It felt like the staff was allowing their acquaintances or known people to go in first. I waited for over 115 minutes, only to see patients who registered after me being called in before me. When I asked the lady at the reception, she told me there were 10 people ahead of me. I agreed and waited patiently. But to my surprise, at least 16 people visited the doctor before I was even considered. Out of frustration, I finally cancelled my file and walked out. Honestly, 0 out of 100. Aster is completely overhyped and lacks basic management and fairness. I’ll be looking for another healthcare provider and will never return to Aster again.

I had a truly horrible and unsatisfactory experience with elderly patient. We arrived for my confirmed appointment accompanied by Aster customer service, only to be met with unprofessional treatment. I was told to go up and down and even asked to visit another branch—despite the appointment being confirmed. If there are procedures in place, they should be followed properly without causing inconvenience or stress to others. Please respect people’s time and avoid such disorganized and disrespectful behavior in the future.

We absolutely love Dr. Anitha Sophia Biju! She, her assistant Aswathy, and the entire nursing team are simply incredible. Dr. Anitha is a great listener who always makes us feel heard and has a true gift for turning any stressful situation into a calm and positive experience. No matter how tense we use to be while going in, we always leave our appointments feeling well-cared for and optimistic. We truly believe that she's a godsend and wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone!
