Useless, online payment not working. 90 minutes delivery is totally fake advertising. Made an order couldn't pay online because of app problem so had to select card payment at delivery and called call center to confirm delivery should carry card machine and they confirmed that delivery person next day not even same time and asked for cash! When i explained i will pay by card he refused and left! Order was formula for my baby. Will never deal with them again!

I don't thhink I've been as disappointed with a health care provider as much as I've been disappointed with Aster. 2 out of 3 of my last visits have been disappointments. Largely due to absolute failure of their systems and lack of alternative measures or processes. Whats the point of reaching a clinic 20 mins prior if the systems are down for over 50 mins and no signs of when it'll be back up. It's sad that a provider of this scale has no backup measures and leaves patients just waiting around till somebody somewhere does something to resolve the issue. Never again.
