Very slow service waited nearly 40-50 minutes wit kid for nothing and pharmacy staffs not bothered about time delay. After doctors consultation better to go and buy medicines some other aster branches.
I had a great experience at Silicon Oasis Aster Pharmacy 6 thanks to Ms. Aiswarya Radhakrishnan. She provided excellent customer service and patiently explained each of my medicines one by one, making sure I understood everything clearly. Her helpful attitude and professionalism really stood out. Thank you, Ms. Aiswarya, for your dedication and support!
It took over an hour to get my prescription, which is frustrating cause I received the approval of my insurance less than 5 minutes. They mention that insurance approval can take 30–40 minutes, but waiting more than an hour is just not acceptable. The employees seemed busy and doing their best, so it feels like the real issue is with how the system is set up. Definitely room for improvement.
Fast delivery; it will take 2 to 3 business days to deliver. If I am alive that time, we can consume the medicine. Call centre 1/10 = They are not picking up even after 5, 6 calls. When we call the head IVR number, they are saying will check and deliver, but still no updates.
This pharmacy is well organized and the staff are very approachable. They always ensure you get the right advice and support.
