I’ve had an amazing experience with Sushama, the laser tech! She’s very professional, patient, and makes sure you’re comfortable throughout the entire session. I love that she’s always taken the time to explain what she’s doing, answers all my questions, and genuinely cares about results. Honestly don’t notice the pain or time go by when I’m with her. Highly recommend!!

I’ve been visiting Aster Royal for my laser appointments, and I truly can’t recommend Mona enough! She is absolutely amazing—so polite, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. She takes such good care of my skin and always goes the extra mile to share helpful tips and advice. What I appreciate most is how genuinely she cares about her clients. It really shows in the way she works and communicates. I’ve already referred her to my friends, and I’ll always keep going back to her.

The staff are incredibly helpful and welcoming! Pharmacist Rachel, is supportive and goes out of her way to assist with a warm smile. Her friendly attitude makes every visit pleasant. Truly appreciate the excellent service🥰🙏🏻

Ms. Mona is an excellent and highly experienced laser therapist. She is not only skilled in her work but also incredibly friendly and approachable, which makes every session comfortable and pleasant. I always feel well taken care of with her, and the results have been great. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for quality laser treatment with a personal touch 👍 And one more thing Extremely disappointed with the service at Aster Royal Clinic, Downtown Dubai. The front desk staff, especially the receptionist, is careless and unprofessional. They consistently fail to book appointments properly, and even after calling several times, I received no response or follow-up. It feels like the management doesn’t care at all about patient experience. For a clinic carrying the Aster name, this level of mismanagement is unacceptable. I expected much better coordination and communication. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning, and I do not recommend this clinic to anyone looking for reliable service.……
