Absolutely useless in creating an application for AP watches in Dubai, as the boutique managers constantly forget the information for the order. If you try to make an order, they will simply ignore and try to sell a huge number of unclaimed AP watches from the storage. It is better to go to Switzerland and buy directly in 3 days of the order, as the official AP manufacturer don’t know anything about the boutique in Dubai Mall.

I had a truly disappointing experience today at the AP boutique in Mall of the Emirates. I visited the store to inquire about the price of a watch that caught my interest, but from the very beginning starting with the security at the entrance and followed by the sales staff I was met with dismissive and unprofessional behavior. It was clear that I was being judged based on the way I was dressed. Just because I wasn’t wearing luxury-brand clothing, the staff seemed to assume I could not afford an Audemars Piguet timepiece. This kind of shallow and prejudiced attitude is completely unacceptable especially from a brand that claims to represent prestige and excellence. I have visited many other luxury brand boutiques and have always been treated with respect, regardless of my attire. This experience at AP was not only disappointing but also degrading. After the visit, I checked online and saw that I’m not the only one many others have shared similar experiences with this particular store. If this is how the brand continues to treat potential customers, it will undoubtedly damage its reputation and drive people away. No one wants to spend a large sum of money where they are not respected or valued. I sincerely hope the Mall of the Emirates management and Audemars Piguet’s leadership take this feedback seriously and provide proper training to their staff. Luxury is not just about products it’s also about customer experience, and unfortunately, this location is failing at that.

I recently had a very frustrating experience at [Store Name] that I feel compelled to share. I spent a staggering 750,000 AED on my watch and an additional 300,000 AED on my wife’s watch, expecting top-notch service in return. Unfortunately, when I visited to have just one link removed from my watch, I was met with indifference. The staff was too busy to assist me and asked me to come back another time. This level of service is simply unacceptable for a store that deals in luxury items. It takes minutes to adjust a strap I expected a much higher standard of customer care, especially given the amount I spent. It's disheartening to feel undervalued as a customer. I will think twice before returning and cannot recommend this store based on my experience. --- Feel free to modify any part of it to better fit your feelings!

I have visited this boutique at least a dozen times in the past year. Every single one of those visits has been a very pleasant experience. I also had my watch serviced through this boutique, and the communication and customer care are second to none. Special thanks to AP and, most importantly, the amazing team that works at this boutique especially Mehrez, who ensures that each one of my visits is remarkable.
