Where to start? from day one Sumesh was actively responsive with al my queries and comments. We began talking in January and since I had to drive from Riyadh to Dubai we had to wait until the beginning of April to take care of the car. However, we used this time to develop the system that would eventually be installed. We moved from a basic system to a comprehensive update. All this thanks to his responsiveness and professionalism. And when the time was right he created a technical group chat to make sure that all my technical queries were answered. Once Erny got involved we had the final adjustment to the final setup of my car. But, here is where the fun began ... Ernye suggested a 3 Way System that would significantly enhance the sound but that would mean modifying the A pillars - after some thought I Talked to Sumesh, agreed and continued - A Pillars with Alcantara. Then the sub ... The Audison Sub was good but Ernye suggested a 10" Hertz Mille Legend - Definitely a better sub with a custom enclosure - The system was ready - I can tell you that Sumesh not only took care of my audio needs but he went above and beyond his responsibilities to help me installing running boards to my car. This is true costumer service. Not only he and Erny did a great technical job they supported me any way they could during my stay in Dubai. Best choice I could have ever made!

Amazing,the way they do the work is at another level. They understand what you are looking for and will deliver the output based on your preference. Best place to install new Dash cam, Audio System. And other electronic internal accessories for any cars. Employees are well trained and professional. No hurry burry in doing their work. They will do it very neat and clean it won’t get any damages on your car. Especially your car is very new they won’t make any damages to ruin your warranty. Rate if you compare to other accessories shop it bit high. High doesn’t mean it too much. But the way they are doing neat and clean it’s worth. About Audio system installation if you are not aware of products they will suggest you better option for your car. They will explain each vehicles requirements. They have their in house products and they will accept outside product also for installation. If you need better product, quality and service book prior before you go.

This is the first time i did an audio upgrade to any of my cars. I had a lot of vendors shortlisted and was getting confused on which one to go for. Mr Sumesh & AudioForce came in clutch. Not only they had the patience to pin point and explain all details to me but at the same time deliver the car on time and also did the quality work which was far much more from what i expected it to be. I would recommend these to all the people looking for audio upgrades for any vehicle. Quality comes at a price but am pretty sure you won’t ever have a problem in the work they do.
