I found Auratech services spot on . Procured an import order for a REL sub 212Sx which was delivered upon shipment, however when it was being unpacked in front of me there was a visible dent in one of its active front driver. The staff took the unit back and had it replaced soon after. The installation was perfect with my Mcintosh C2800 pre amp . Like to thank all at Auratech

I visited experience center of Auratech to try out Soundbars. They have a wide range of options at different price point. What makes the experience exceptional at Auratech is the professional and honest advise that you receive. I had done my online research for Dolby Atmos soundbars available in the market, but without listening to the audio it is hard to make a purchase. When I arrived at Auratech, Mr. Chandan showed different options available at various price points and then he suggested me to go for Polk Audio Signa S4 Soundbar and subwoofer. I am really glad that I went with his recommendation and I really happy with the performance of Polk Audio. Polk delivers on the Dolby Atmos, sound clarity and perfect balance with various settings. I would recommend everyone to visit the experience center of Auratech and themselves make a sound choice. Highly recommend them for Home Audio, video and home automation products.

I came across Auratech in my first audiophile speaker purchase (was a headphones based listener), in a purchase journey spanning 10 weeks with weekend demos and re-demos acrosswith every (literally every) HiFi audio store in Dubai. I finally ended up with a pair of Paradigm Founder 100f speakers from Auratech. And it is perhaps my first high value purchase where I haven’t had any post-purchase dissonance/ buyer’s remorse. That is a testimony to both the speakers itself, as well as the exceptional advice provided by Auratech and Kanchi through my journey. HiFi audio as I have realised in the research I put in during the period, is a process of discovery and fit to your specific needs, Kanchi was extremely helpful in this entire process, giving me the ability to audition the Paradigms against my other final 3 shortlists out of the 10+ speaker brands I would have auditioned. With zero unsolicited pointers or bias in my discovery process, and no salesperson push, simply letting me experience the music without any background chatter to make my decision and giving meaningful inputs when asked for, without, and this is important for someone new to the field like me, patronising inputs. As she always kept saying - “that you need to be happy and may the best speaker win” - from her store or outside. I don’t usually write reviews, but have written this, since I feel the above qualities and attributes are extremely important for anyone looking to buy HiFi. Outstanding Customer Service and Exceptional Subwoofers! I recently purchased a pair of REL T7x subwoofers from Auratech in Dubai, replacing my previous SVS PB16 Ultra. The decision was driven by a desire for enhanced dynamics and nuanced stereo listening, while still maintaining excellent performance for movie watching. The process from confirmation to delivery was remarkably swift. Ms. Kaanchi at Auratech provided exemplary customer service, responding promptly to inquiries and ensuring a smooth transaction. The subwoofers arrived the same evening as the stock confirmation and bank transfer. As an audiophile and connoisseur of high-fidelity audio, the results from the REL T7x subwoofers have been nothing short of astonishing. Precise adjustments in placement and rear controls have not only elevated the lower registers but also widened the soundstage, enhanced atmospheric recordings, and improved mid-bass and higher frequencies. I have not experienced such prompt service and outstanding customer care for a very long time, especially in this region. In summary, I genuinely cannot praise Auratech's customer service enough and as for the REL T7x subwoofers, they have exceeded expectations. A genuinely satisfying experience overall.
