Not the best experience to start off. Went after looking at good ratings. The guys were unresponsive on WhatsApp to begin with, I anyway went to the garage to give it a shot considering their good ratings. One guy comes out to check the car gives me a high level view on what might be the problem and tells me to leave the car for diagnosis.. and wait for their call. I insisted on checking the car while I was there asking if they don’t have people with experience on jeep then.. he answered saying there are specialists and that they might be busy.. I asked to wait.. then he tells me there is going to be a cost for diagnostics.. approx 250AED.. and then he tells me that the cost of repair is going to be very high.. as if he was pushing me away.. weird experience overall.. I think they have more at their hands than they can handle..
