Poor customer service rude staff.. the garbage was left uncollected from Saturday to Thursday. The garbage was placed at the curbside in front of our shop by adhering to the usual schedule. I understand that technical issues with your team may occasionally cause delays. However, the prolonged delay and lack of action have become extremely frustrating. The uncollected garbage has led to unpleasant odors and potential pest problems, which are affecting our business and driving away customers. I spoke with a customer service representative named Harun, who was not only unhelpful but also rude in his responses. Despite his promises to resolve the issue, no effective action has been taken. This lack of resolution and poor customer service is highly disappointing. I urge you to address this issue immediately and arrange for the collection of the outstanding garbage as soon as possible. Additionally, I request an explanation for the missed pickups and the poor customer service experience.

Extremely bad .. doesn’t collect garbage on time .. no point calling customer service as well .. they would just give unfulfilled promises … wish there was option to give zero stars
