The worst building !! You will have to wait hours and days sometimes to get the answer from the maintenance ( you better bring your own) Building managent are doing their best to make your life harder! Security are rude and careless!🤮🤢

Nice place to live. Huge apartments. Guests parking. Friendly security. Amenities are clean. Easy exit for the Car and near to Mall. Sometimes you can feel the smell of food in corridor but it is everywhere in Dubai.

Nice building. Best use of space for 1bhk There is study or storage in 1bhk. One and half washroom room. Building facilities are Pool gym parking

Amazing experience, plenty of amenities!!

Good place to live, well cleaned, good security, spacious flats and corridor, good air passage, gym, swimmingpool. Love living here. Only draw back is that the maintenance company 'qbel' is not working properly, They took too long to resolve a simple issue. The building doesn't have kids' play area that's too a minus point.
