This company have 2 partners? So i called 1 guy in reception on 23rd night around 6-7PM, and reception guy pick up and replied says he has another partner. So i politely ask, what is their commission devide for deals close? He said: 50/50 Then i said ok, when i ask for more questions, he says: tomorrow (24th) meeting he and his partner in office 11-11:30AM So i said ok, then on 24th, im left parking and on my way, (thanks god i called him again) around 11:10AM, then he pick up says: i was going to call u earlier. I said: im on my way. He said: oh my partner is in Sobha today, and lets meet in 5PM. Me:?????( why hes disrespectful to others time? And change without notice?) Then i heard baby crying over his phone, so i asked: did u at home now? He says: yes Then he says: lets meet up later in creek sales office later. (I thought u said your partner only free at 5PM? Why u change time and location all by yourself?) Then i said: question can be answered over the phone. Its simple question. He said: i dont know u! (I got few properties here in dubai, i noticed hes not treating people well and emotional change so fast) When i ask: is there other collabs way? Like some your colleagues told me? He immediately says: how do i know? They are my employee, not my colleague! (Im surprised by his all behaviour, disrespect and arrogant way) So i said: no need more discuss, bye. (Disrespect for time, for others, and he want take the lead whole messing up with information, how can expect in further collabs?)

Mr.Waqar did an excellent job that clearly set him apart from the other agents. I was in an irregular situation to find a new rental contract. He helped me, and without him my above would have been much worse. I will be ordering very prompt, kind and dedicated him again next time too.
