Babyshop - Silicon Central Mall

I had a wonderful experience at Baby Shop. The shop is filled with adorable, high-quality baby items, but what truly sets it apart is Anita’s outstanding service. She is kind, patient, and always ready to help with genuine care. Her personal attention made shopping so easy and enjoyable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for the best for their little ones!

I entered this shop to buy stuff for my child when i came across her carseat which i also bought from them, i asked one of the staff -which i will refer to as G- about the harness and how to elevate it to chest level and he answered it can't be it is made this way!! ... regardless if his answer was true or not, i then asked him "do you have chicco bath sponge i looked everywhere and couldn't find it" he said yes and went away as if he was getting it for me ,, but he didn't! he shifted his way toward his colleague and started chatting... so far i was thinking he had a bad day and not focusing.. i went and grabbed other sponges and went to the cashiers where another staff was there helping someone else with something (not buying and paying things).. the staff shouted for G to come to the cash and take my order.. he was just standing far enough to pretend not to see anything... he completely ignored her... again she called him and he went into the store as if nothing happened! She again called for someone on the mic.. and another girl cashier came and assisted me.. But regarding G .. i don't know what kind of behaviour is that, but i am never going back to any babyshop branch maybe the staff aren't educated about customer service ,, they need more practise.

While the staff may not approach customers proactively, their willingness to assist once engaged is noteworthy. Despite potential staffing limitations, the service remains courteous and helpful. The occasional absence of cashiers at the counter could be attributed to multitasking within the store. While it's a minor inconvenience, it's understandable considering the size and setup. Babyshop, being part of the Landmark Group, could benefit from better staffing to ensure smoother operations. However, the overall experience remains positive. Although the store's inventory may not be as expansive as its larger counterparts like in Mirdif Mall or Festival City Mall, the convenience of its location near my office makes it a go-to choice for me. In conclusion, Babyshop offers reliable convenience and a good customer service experience. Despite certain limitations, it's a practical option for those seeking accessible baby essentials.
