I had a truly wonderful experience at Balance Spa. A special thanks to Sebin, whose magical hands and exceptional techniques made my treatment deeply relaxing and healing. His professionalism and skill are truly commendable — I felt completely rejuvenated after the session. I’d also like to extend my appreciation to the entire admin team for their warm and seamless service. From start to finish, they made the process smooth and welcoming. Have been a number of times to Balance spa. My last visit was for a Deep Tissue massage by Sebin which was excellent. Although not for the faint hearted 😅 I would recommend for anyone in need of this type of massage. Followed by use of the sauna and tea to relax at the end, was a perfect use of a Sunday afternoon.

A-ma-zing I loved the cozyness of the place, music on background and the treatment itself. You can choose between Ayurvedic option and regular essential oil massage options. I have tried 30 mins Ayurvedic head massage and it change my ruined moon 180 degrees. Spa has convinent facilities so you can take shower after the treatment and feel fresh and energetic. Best for afternoon, so you can head home and relax. 3rd level of Oasis Center, plenty of parking , easy to reach. Authorized by DHA (Dubai Health Authority). I your medical insurance covers Ayurvedic treatments - you can reimburse. Make sure to being along your Emirates ID as you will get quickly registered and added into the system. And last but not least, make sure to spare couple of minutes to enjoy the signature ginger lemon tea which is so delightfully light and uplifting. Felt very welcome here, will be definitely back.

I am using Balance Ayurvedic spa for the last one year. Before that I was using other Ayurvedic centres in Dubai.With my experience, I can confirm that Balance Ayurvedic spa at Oasis Centre is the best mainly because of the very experienced therapists. Sebin is the skilled and experienced compared to those in any other Ayurvedic spa in Dubai. I had shoulder and back muscles pain when I visited Balance Spa with Sebin and he is very experienced to identify the issue and suggest the right treatment. He uses the right oil mix for the treatment. If any male patient looking for Ayurvedic treatment, I strongly recommend Sebin. His treatment is more of Ayurvedic massage with wellness treatment including advises on exercises for muscle movements
