One of the best wellness studios in Dubai! I love the vibe, the classes, teachers and clean, peaceful environment. Its a boutique studio, very personalized with great staff! They also offer hot & cold drinks, really recommend! ❤️❤️❤️

The candlelight deep stretch yoga class was AMAZING! the studio is very clean; nicely decorated; a cute bar / reception area and lovely staff. Diana‘s class was really good! She assists if needed and guides perfectly through the class.. will def return!

She’s genuinely invested in her clients' growth, thoughtfully adapting every workout to build strength, balance, and confidence. They offer a variety of Pilates classes, so there’s something for everyone. My personal favorite is the Gentle Reformer Pilates with Andriana. She’s an amazing instructor — supportive, and always in tune with her clients’ needs. After a session with her, you’ll feel recharged, and ready for the day.
