A fantastic service from start to finish. I ordered these balloons from the UK for my sister. Joy handled everything so well! She kept me updated via WhatsApp the entire time and sent me pictures of the card and also the balloons. So friendly, helpful and swift! I'm very impressed. Would highly recommend. I really appreciate their quick response. The balloons were delivered on time, but after the delivery person left, we noticed that the quantity was incomplete. I immediately informed the store, and they promptly delivered the missing balloons within 30 minutes. Excellent service!
