Great and Working good with Banana Express Delivery Services. Regarding for the updates of our clients they make response ASAP and follow up every concern from thier clients and customers. I want to thank Mr. Muhammsd Sajjad-Manager for very fast response for our concerns and questions and specially some of our request that you addressed. And I want to thank the Admin-Mr. Nadeem for the very nice assist to our inquiries and follow ups. And to all the Drivers doing delivery-Thank you for the Patiens and understanding our CLIENTS. Very BAD SERVICE! Even the delivery driver is rude. Whenever they are asked nicely on what time they will deliver, they will reply SEVERAL HOURS AFTER ANOTHER MESSAGE AND A MISSED CALL because if you dont sent message again or ring their phone, you won't be receiving any reply from them even though they have SEENED THE MESSAGE. Plus when they reply, it is via Voice note in watsapp and they sound "SARCASTIC " as if they are pissed off at you for asking questions even though you asked NICELY! If only I can rate negative star i would. Also, when you give them a scheduled timing for the delivery to be in the morning or after lunch, they will still deliver the item in the evening!!!! Oh my gosh this company. Sorry, not sorry! T.T

I've received multiple deliveries from this company, and they have always been punctual. Their service is consistently reliable, and their customer support is exceptionally helpful. I highly recommend them!

Banana express customer service team as well as the drivers are very rude, they have horrible service. It’s not at all professional and very very rude. My package was supposed to be delivered almost a week ago and it still isn’t here. Communication is very difficult with the team about the whereabouts of my package I was supposed to receive. They respond very badly and sarcastically. I do not recommend working with this company at all. It’s horrible.

Banana Express courier service is very amazing .. all the packages are delivered to my customers within 24 hours no matter where they are in UAE .. without any mistake .. I am very happy . Their service and delivery charges are also very reliable according to others & Manger of this company Mr Muhammed Sajjad he is really very very helpful & very nyc person he politely handle everything understand what customer need 🥰🥰.. highly recommended to everyone… 😊😊👍👍👍👍
