I have been a loyal B&O user for over 10 years, always admiring the exceptional sound quality and elegant design. However, my experience at this branch was disappointing in terms of sales professionalism and customer engagement. The staff lacked the finesse and sophistication expected from a prestigious brand like B&O, and their responsiveness to inquiries was noticeably weak. Having visited multiple B&O stores worldwide, I have never encountered such a level of service. I hope the management improves the team’s professionalism to better reflect the brand’s premium reputation.

Mr. Richard the manager is just a fantastic guy. Super professional and friendly. I had a small issue and he fixed it to me swiftly and followed up to make sure everything is alright. Great guy and great service overall. I don’t need to mention that B&O has the best sound equipment in the world by far

Worst After Sales Service Ever! You buy B&O just for the show-off. Nothing else. The product is not reliable at all and once you buy it, you are stuck. After buying my earbuds Beoplay E8, they got defected with absolutely no reason. The left one stopped charging and the right one got opened, without any misuse. Ok, this might happen maybe with the best brands, but refusing to repair it even when I proposed to pay fees against the repair and refusing to replace it while stating as an excuse that the warranty is over, is something very weird and not acceptable whatsoever. They asked me in other words to throw it, while not offering any other solution at all. A brand like B&O pretending to position themselves as one of the best, while being one of the most expensive will fall definitely in the basket of non reliable products. Think twice before spending any money on these products. My B&O ended up in the garbage. ZERO Reliability ZERO after sales ZERO star!

Rubbish quality buds, battery developed fault within 1 year and thr company refused responsibility. Poor management and product. I paid a lot money for junk. I wrote to head office and no reply. Will never buy them again. Zero star
