Horrible horrible experience for non resident clients. Unable to transfer money from my BOFA to HSBC bank in Dubai for the last 3 month. Screwed up processes and broken up transfer process.. Call center reps have no power to resolve broken process and don’t want to escalate to supervisors. Waiting time is about 30 minutes !!!!What a misery and saga

This is not a Bank of America Financial center and Bank in Dubai, this is Merrill Lynch investment company, so unnecessary to visit to getting banking assistance for here, waste of time and money, In Dubai there is not support to Customer from Bank of America.

Called and they do not do private banking so you cannot withdraw or deposit cash.
