Bank of Baroda EBSU

It’s not a bank for customers actually. They do some financial stuff with India I guess and they set retail branches just to make impression they are real bank. But you should visit once you will be surprised how bad you can be treated. I’m sure they have direct advice from management to treat customers bad for us not to bother them. Because they are involved in something else. They are not interested in customers.

Recently found out that papers I had submitted at this branch had not been filed. The manager was rude and dismissive. I guess I shouldn't be surprised that he didn't complete a simple task. I have no idea what they even do. This bank in general is pathetic. Do not bank with them

Branch is not following the standard business time table. I have visited between 1-2 pm but no one thier to attend customer all staff was on lunch break so I have visited 9:00 AM same situation no one in the bank. Its seems no one care business hours. Good luck

I had a very good experience at this branch. Mr. Siddhart was very helpful. I had to do KIC of my India bank account and he immediately told me the steps and it was done within five minutes.
