Good morning, thank you for all the assistance and help Ma'am Kholoud is always extending to us, Al Bahar & Bardawil Services DMCC. We are always thankful and happy for all the services she is doing for us also to my personal account with the bank. I know she's always busy at the customer service department, but she will always have the time to extend her help to us. She is helpful, accommodating & very kind to us all. Our Bank outstands it self from the rest of the banks in UAE at all levels and we are thankfull and so lucky to have them..The serving personal Highly educated and kind at all times makes one hearth warm at every interaction with them..One when handling the issues feels like there still exists personal touch and skillfulness and supports of the professionals like in old banking days that we didnt talk to machines..The support makes it feel itself at all levels and shortly I want to tell (Good to be with you comrades thank you all your supports)

Worst place . Staff is not cooperative . Not professional. Went to get cheque return documents met Ms T**a*a . She is very rude. I am also a banker she don't know how to respond . She is very un professional. Theit HR should teach how to respect customers. Sitting in front office with this attitude is un acceptable.

Well!!!! I was told i can't open a bank account here unless i know someone inside, or of i hVe powerfull people working in the branch. I was told i need deposit 1mil dollers, very rude lady. I told her i have 1 mil dollers, listen to this now i was then told i need to he libanese to open account. This is some kind off joke..
