Barcelo Residences Dubai Marina

We arrived quite late to the apartment. When we arrived we got a free upgrade with a sea view. The room is very nice and clean the staff are really nice and welcoming. Theo was who helped up with our luggage very polite and helpful. I would definitely visit again and be staying here again. Topher and Ahmed are also very helpful literally when you need anything just call reception and they are happy to help.

Its a great place to stay. There location is perfect, close to Marina walk and beach. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The apartment is clean and perfect for an individual or family. Mr. Narayan has been very helpful along with the housekeeping and front office staff.

I had an amazing experience at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully decorated The location is perfect — close to everything I needed What stood out the most was the attention to detail and the genuine hospitality of the team. It truly felt like a home away from home. I Stayed here for a short getaway and honestly didn’t want to leave! The hotel was clean, stylish, and had a very relaxed, welcoming vibe. But what made the stay really special was Topher — he’s Super friendly, always smiling, and helped us with everything ,He made us feel right at home. Definitely coming back and would recommend the hotel to everyone I know

I had a really tough day, but the amazing team at the Barceló Hotel made all the difference. The reception staff especially Hafiz,Topher and Perry were incredibly helpful, professional, and genuinely friendly. They went out of their way to assist me and made the checkout process smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to find such great hospitality, and I truly appreciated it. We have had a fabulous experience and sorry that we have had such a short stay. Will definitely be recommending to other people. Our fabulous upgrade was cleaned everyday and all the staff were fantastic. Great location and taxis very reasonable. Only regret we were not staying longer. Thank you once again for everything you did to give us an extra special stay with you. We will be back xx
