Crowded for a Sat evening. They can do with some way to maintain a queue for people to order and make payment in an orderly manner. Staff were courteous despite the chaos ensuing due to too many people trying to (patiently) get their order through first. Menu orders are standard - and as good as they get anywhere else.
Yummy, yummy, yummy! My first-ever Baskin-Robbins experience was at Dubai Mall and it did not disappoint. With so many flavours to choose from, it was a treat from start to finish. Super creamy, delicious, and totally worth it — can’t believe I waited this long to try it! I'd definitely go back for more.
Your staff Dilashi looks and sounds depressed l just asked them why they were charging me different price from the other branches like mall of emirates and meaisem city centre !!instead of answering my question she was shouting at me as if we fighting, no customer service at all
Surprisingly the staff was in a depressed mood today in Dubai Mall. Not the regular smiling faces you see normally in Baskin Robbin in other outlets
The new baskin robins flavor which is galaxy ice cream with galaxy fluetes Unfortunately when it came the representation was bad (not like the picture) The smallest one is the kids scoop. Flavor was good.. different but not the best :) Follow me for more reviews
