If I could give minus stars, I would. I signed up for Battmobile's car servicing package expecting professional service — what I received was a complete disappointment. The first time I sent my car in for an engine service, they returned it with a broken bonnet latch handle. I had to send the car back for repairs, only to have it returned again with the driver’s side door bent and misaligned. Despite these major issues, I decided to give them another chance. Big mistake. After the latest service, the bonnet latch handle came back broken again — the exact same problem as the first time. Three strikes. Poor handling, careless repairs, and zero accountability. This level of negligence is unacceptable for any service center, let alone one that offers paid service packages. I will definitely not be using Battmobile again and strongly advise others to think twice before trusting them with your vehicle.

Unfortunately, my experience with Battobile was very bad. I took my BMW to change the ECU cap, and just two days later, the same problem happened again. When I went back, they forced me to buy a new part, saying they are not responsible. After checking the part they installed, I found out it wasn’t even new – it was used. The same thing happened with my other cars. I changed the alternator, and the problem came back quickly. Their response was always, “There is no warranty, we are not responsible.” Their technical skills not good at all,AND there is no honesty or transparency in their work, especially with the parts they install. I will never deal with them again.
