Disappointing Experience and Lack of Response I ordered compression stockings based on the sizing chart provided on the official website. According to the chart, I was a size M — but when the product arrived, it turned out to be far too tight. After checking the label, I noticed that the actual measurements did not match the chart, which means I was misled by inaccurate information. I tried to reach out to customer support via multiple channels to resolve the issue, but after a full week, I have received no response whatsoever. I understand that mistakes happen, but complete silence from the company is simply unacceptable — especially when the return policy does not allow trying on the product before returning it. This experience was frustrating and disappointing. I expected better communication and accountability. I cannot recommend this store to others unless they improve both their sizing accuracy and customer service.

Extremely Disappointed – Unreliable Service and Lack of Communication I had a terrible experience with this company. My doctor recommended their brand, so I placed an order urgently, as I am suffering from a medical condition and cannot walk properly. Their website promises next-day delivery, yet here we are on the fourth day, and I still have not received my order. There has been zero communication from their side. Nobody answers the landline, and I am left completely in the dark. I have now been forced to buy a similar product from a local pharmacy to avoid further suffering—something I should have done from the start instead of trusting this company. This is unacceptable, especially for a company dealing with medical products. Patients rely on timely delivery for their health, and this level of negligence is beyond disappointing. I cannot recommend their service to anyone, and I hope they address their operational issues immediately.

I had chronic ankle pain and needed a brace for it. I walked in and the lady at reception was ready to check and then choose a brace that was right for me. There was no " you need to have a consultation first approach" She gave me the solution and after a few hours I removed when home, I had a very bad night of pain and then the next day I left the brace on " Maleo Train" for 80 % of the day, except for sleep, I woke up this morning and after 9 days of pain, there was nothing, like the accident had not happened, there is a small amount of discomfort, the brace is on again but when I woke up I was able to walk without any pain and the foot was walking in the correct position, I had been only able to hobble with my foot in an awkward position till then. I am really happy and hence this rather long but I hope useful post for anyone who is in pain and wondering where to go for a solution.

I have had a really bad experience with this company! Iam recovering from a diabetic foot and experienced has been terrible. They have managed to sell me three diferente pairs of shoes of which non have helped me infact it’s caused more damage. The last pair i got with custom insoles have been really damaging to my foot on top of that the way they approach the whole procedure is like a child using a crayon and drawing a foot when this should be done professionally not drawing by hand and making a guess on how the soles should be made they also added a piece of rubber to the sole and gave me separate pieces of cushions for me to add myself the whole experience has been amateur for some one that are meant yo be top professionals. They talk the talk but don’t walk the walk . When I complained and asked to see someone they booked me at 11am on a Monday only to then cancel and could only see to me next Thursday because everyone was on a training course after me calling several times and messages to no avail i then walk in to the office only to find they were sitting in their office doing a course online which they could of easily record and see me as i have no other shoes to wear they then remove the piece of rubber and that was it the soles are not accurate for my weight distribution and has caused me even more damage! The worst part is that they were willing to make me wait 3 more days cause they appeared to have training. I should have taken the advice of my Doctors at Rashid hospital as they advised me not to use this company. It has been very disappointing and a have spent alot of money to no avail. Worst part is that I now have to start the procedure all over again.
