We had a terrible experience with this builder. There was hardly anyone on-site and we had to constantly call to get them to come. They said 3 months and it took 12. Quality was poor, maintenance issues straight away. Very disorganised and wouldn’t order materials on time and even lie to say they did. In the end we had a dispute over the last payment as they came up with an extra bill of several thousand dhs but at no point did they inform us this would be extra. We agreed on a settlement so they could provide the building completion certificate but they took half that money (the other was held at a 3rd party) and went non responsive. I would never use these guys again. Pay a bit more, check references and get it done properly is my advice.
