Disappointed Poor Communication & Low Quality Service I called the salon at 1:30 PM to ask specifically about one technician. I was told she was working with a client for a pedicure and that they don’t take bookings. I informed them I’d be there in 20 minutes and if she was still available, I would like to do my service with her. They agreed. However, when I arrived, they told me she was suddenly busy for the next three hours. This was frustrating since I was just told on the phone she was only doing a pedicure which clearly doesn’t take three hours. Either the information given over the phone was inaccurate or intentionally misleading. I then asked for a senior technician, expecting a high-quality experience. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed. The filing was subpar, the cleaning was average at best, and the nail polish was applied very poorly uneven and messy with visible bumps. It definitely didn’t meet the standards of a senior technician. Overall, this experience was frustrating from start to finish — from the call center’s misinformation to the disappointing final result.

I had my hair styled by Aisha yesterday and she was absolutely amazing! She listened carefully to what I wanted, added her own creative touch, and the result was even better than I expected. Not only is she talented, but also super kind and professional. Highly recommend her!

I’m very disappointed with my visit to Beauty Connection today. I came for a haircut expecting professional service, but the stylist treated me poorly and rushed through the cut with no attention or care. It was far from the quality they claim to offer. The prices have also increased noticeably, and the service does not match the value at all. The staff need proper training, and the pricing is inconsistent. The salon put themselves in this position — in a city like Dubai with so many high-standard salons, treating loyal customers this way will only cause them to lose more clients.

Lady who did my pedicure cut my toe and now it is infected and swollen! First and last time I will ever go there! Shocking!

I’m very disappointed with my recent visit to this salon. I came in to get my hair done, and the experience was awful from start to finish. The stylist was rough and kept pulling my hair, which left me with a terrible headache. Despite not having thick hair, it took her over 1.5 hours just to blow-dry half of it. Her pace was incredibly slow. On top of that, she tangled the blow-dry brush in almost every section she worked on, making the process even more uncomfortable and frustrating. The quality of work was far below acceptable, and unfortunately, this isn’t my first bad experience here. I’ve had several poor visits in the past, both for hair and nails, but I kept giving them chances because this used to be my favorite salon. A few years ago, the service and professionalism were excellent, but sadly, the standards have dropped significantly. It is clear that they’re not focused on providing quality service anymore. I won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking for professional treatment or good results.
