I advise people not to deal with this company because they are not clear with customers. They take the paperwork, then tell you that it will be within a few business days, then they don't respond. They then ask you for the paperwork, then they tell you that they will approve it, then they say that they will give you a balance less than the requested amount, then they don't respond. They then send a message that they will call you back, then they don't respond. Then we call them and they say that the transaction has been rejected. This is a company that should be dealt with with caution. They are not good and they are dishonest.

The Platform is excellent and pretty straightforward. However, interaction with the investor relations team deems investing with Beehive useless. They are non-responsive to emails, they arrange online calls but not attend. A true troublesome investor experience which gives a glimpse of their expected attitude when issues arises.

I had a disappointing experience with Beehive Fintech. I registered through their website and provided all the requested information. I was informed that my account was under review and that someone would follow up—but weeks went by without any contact. After reaching out by email, I was asked to submit additional KYC documents, which I provided promptly. They then scheduled a Zoom call to verify my identity using my passport and Emirates ID. I joined the call as instructed, but no one from their side attended. I followed up by email to reschedule the call and sent multiple reminders, all of which were ignored. Given this lack of responsiveness and poor communication, I’ve decided not to proceed with their platform. This kind of experience does not inspire confidence in their operations.

Our business has used Beehive several times over the last 5 years - and each time the service / process keeps getting faster and better. The team is very responsive and almost all of the application process is now online. Great service, and excellent rates for lending! Bravo all!

The customer service isn't very helpful when it comes to finding out about your returns/delayed payments. Overall, not a good investment option, I have invested a significant amount and diversified heavily but will most likely end up with negative returns. I think the company is moving away from P2P
