Went to their stand in Bin Sougat! Their staff is busy with the phone and not bothered. When talking to him, he glances and goes back on the phone. Hire better and more respectful people to work in such holy things like Sadaqqa! So unprofessional

Beit Al Khair Society is a charitable organisation which helps needy families, orphans, people with low budget and also patients who need immediate treatment or surgery. They help them by providing them rental assistance, school fees aids, Electricity bills, food baskets and medical aids. I have a great experience with this charity as they paid my kids school fees and which helped my kids to continue their educational journey. We are really very thankful to all the team members of the association along with all the donation members, who are working together to make our lives more peaceful and comfortable.

Customer service staff and friendly, how ever meeting a manager is not possible, long registration process to request for help and its done by the service requester not the staff ,tottaly recommend calling before going and confirm which documents required to apply for help and put them in a pdf format in the computer or phone and apply on line
