I rented a new apartment under Belhasa's management with the expectation of quality and professionalism, but unfortunately, my experience has been quite disappointing. The drainage system in my unit has been faulty since I moved in, and despite multiple attempts to contact the real estate office, Inaya Management, and the assigned leasing agent, Hoda, I have yet to receive any response or support. The lack of communication and accountability from the management team is very frustrating. Additionally, the materials used in the building feel substandard, which does not align with the reputation Belhasa is known for. I had hoped for a better living experience, especially under such a reputable name, but the reality has fallen short. I hope Belhasa addresses these issues to improve service and uphold its standards.

This company is really professional and technically advanced. They seem to be very large. Actually they're one of the largest in the region, with many creative and strong tricks. I did business with them and visited their office. They welcoming and accommodating. They listen to me carefully and worked hard to give me what I exactly wanted. Just be clear. Mike most of us, they don't read minds. Their prices are reasonable and the timing was satisfactory.

I am really sorry to say, it’s been years we are following up for our payment. They don’t want to pay the subcontractors as they have already taken money from the Client. Daily we are begging to them but they don’t want to pay. So please be careful when you deal with them.

The company is helping the country to develop internationally by doing so many different projects like construction work, installing factories and landscaping activities. Landscaping gives good-looking of the land areas.
