I had my first English assessment test at Berlitz, and Alhamdulillah, I passed it successfully on my first attempt. The experience was excellent from start to finish. Ms. Reemshehib, the examiner, was extremely kind, professional, and made the test environment very comfortable. She spoke gently and respectfully, which helped me feel relaxed during the interview. The Filipino front desk staff were also very polite, welcoming, and helpful. The test fee was 300 AED, and honestly, it is very reasonable for the professional service they provide. I’m very thankful to Berlitz and highly recommend them for English testing, especially for tour guide licensing. Thank you Berlitz, and thank you Ms. Reemshehib!

The staff were very polite and supportive throughout the process. Mr. Ahmed, the examiner, was professional, respectful, and created a calm atmosphere during the exam. Overall, a great experience and highly recommended

I took the Level 4 English test at Berlitz Language Center in Jumeirah as part of the requirement to become a Desert Safari Guide. The fee was AED 300, and they have a good policy if you don’t pass, you can retake the test for free after one month. Thankfully, I passed on my first attempt. The staff were very polite and supportive throughout the process. Mr. Ahmed, the examiner, was professional, respectful, and created a calm atmosphere during the exam. Overall, a great experience and highly recommended for anyone needing certification for tourism or guiding roles.

i went to Berlitz language Institute for my level 4 English language test for Desert Safari . Their saff is very nice and the person who took my test his name is Ahmed he is very cooprative and helpful. he will talk with you very calmly. 100℅ recommended👍
