Best Express Cargo - Karama

I had recently used their packer n movers services, the staff is good and copertaive. The telephone cordinator Noor has a third class customer service..Does not know to keep up the promise made to the customer..keeps postponed the commited time line, literally 5 times in a week now. Appreciate if the mangement can look into this and set Noor's attitude right otherwise its not late that your karama branch will be named worst cargo.

Worst cargo they promised they will delivered with in 7 to 10 days . Send cargo on 24/07/25 still it is out of delivery. I mention while sending marriage items are there it should deliver on time. When I check today they are saying it will deliver at 09/08/25 . Tomorrow marriage function starts requesting them to deliver they are like what we can do , we are helpless . You have to wait no other option. useless management don’t no how to talk to customer . Only just telling what he want to tell he is not ready to listen customer. While taking money nice and while packing things they will not take abayas more then 3 not all items they take. Before taking this cargo think 100 times what they say they don’t do. Charged for packing and documentation . I was talking to the person and he didn’t solved my problem and he went with the other customer to pack his things. Keep on changing words never trust this best express

Worst cargo service .. believe me they took additional packing charges and while the package reached my home in Goa it was completely damaged and the content of cargo was wet box was completely damaged due to direct rain exposure ...u call their custome care and they don't give a damn about your problem and are very rude.. please make wise decisions.. don not fall into trap and some social media videos ...please contact me if anyone require any kind of proof .... pics , invoice etc... I really can't understand how this company is surviving with such a pathetic customer care service .....

Headsup guys, before giving complete money, kindly double-check that all the works have been done. If they commited for next day that won't come. He is such an arrogant and worst coordinator, someone named Mr.Noor from the Karama branch. Not honoring the time and schedule commitment. I recently moved my personal belongings from Karama to the Al Raffa region. After the shifting, these people committed some fixturing of electronic equipment (TV, washing machine etc) due to late night time constraints they said they will come and fix it in another 1 or 2 days time. Despite the number of follow-ups and 3 time schedule changes, that guy Mr.Noor is answering very arrogantly and unprofessionally in nature. Some of their ground staff are very supportive and cooperative in nature. They can not take any actions by themselves until these support staff are not giving appropriate instruction. Overall, it was such a worst experience, didnt expected. Based on their initial commitment over phone. Over commitment and worst under delivery.

Dear all is my humble request to everyone to dont send him any cargo because my cargo to much item is missing especially my gril staff and dry food bag is totally vest service I received my cargo more than 58 days he promised me 35 day but i received 60 days when I call no one answered My totally money vest Plz don't send any cargo with him
