I had such a fantastic experience with this dress lending service. I borrowed 3 dresses for a trip to London. The try-on option is so good as you sometimes have to understand how a brand fits your body so it was great for that. The dresses were super clean and fresh and delivery and pick-up were smooth and stress-free, which made the whole experience even better. It’s so easy! There’s a huge range of styles and options — I’m honestly not sure I’ll ever need to buy another dress for an event again. It just makes sense, especially when you usually only wear these outfits once or twice. This service is a total no-brainer for anyone who wants to look amazing without the hassle (or expense) of owning yet another formal dress. I also love how you get to be a bit more experimental or adventurous with your sense of style! Highly recommend!

Rented an oceanus dress from best kept for my birthday and it was the best decision ever. The team is so helpful and amazing, the dress was so perfect for the occasion. Especially since I’m very particular and don’t like wearing special dresses more than once, renting a dress from best kept was the perfect decision. My wife and I used Best Kept Shared for a Gala dinner that we recently had the pleasure of attending, having been referred to the service by a friend who had used it the year before. I Have to say that everything that had been suggested was the certainly case and we enjoyed an Excellent experience all round. The website is very comprehensive, has an extensive range of options from a massive variety of designers and is very clear as to whether items are available for rental or purchase. You simply submit a request for the dates that you would require the garment in question if renting, and you receive confirmation very quickly as to whether it’s possible or not for the dates selected. Beyond that, the delivery of the item was seamless as we had contact with the lovely Sophie throughout, she outlined the process of the ‘Try on’ service initially (which ran perfectly to schedule) and then the rental delivery in time for the event itself. We received the dress the day before and after having enjoyed the Gala which is it was ideal for as it was more a “one off occasion”, it was picked up the day after it. An extremely professional experience from start to finish and would definitely recommend to our friends and associates here in Dubai. Thank you guys, a job very well done!

Honestly best customer service ever. The team are super helpful and they’ve guided me to make sure I get/ love the dress I’m renting. Love the dress too super amazing quality exactly like the picture spot on. They also have amazing selection of clothes and accessories I’ve needed a dress for a wedding and it is perfect. My first time and definitely won’t be my last cant recommend them enough xx
