Bharat Thakur's Artistic Yoga - Bur Dubai

I have been doing yoga for almost 3 years . 1 year at BTA and I have enjoyed my classes with Ravi Sharma and Ganya. Both these instructors are excellent with lot of creativity in their classes. I had the privilege to attend Ganya’s surya namaskar variations one Sunday and it was awesome. Variety is the spice of life and that makes yoga interesting and these two instructors have demonstrated it through their classes.

One of the best decision of my life to Join BTAY - I was suffering from Anxiety and panic attack for almost 3 months - Post joining BTAY Al Quasis Branch -Grand plazza hotel dubai , I recovered 90% . My Coach -Mr.gaurav is highly skilled and helped me personally , he is very energetic & professional. Thanks to BTAY and Mr.Gaurav Yoga se hi hoga !! I would recommend everyone who are concern about health -Go for it

I really recommend Bharat Thakur Yoga for For all age group because they’re not only Teach the yoga techniques, but focused on breathing as well.
