I have been renting a studio in Grace Residency in Al Furjan with Bhavan Vacation Homes for several months already. It's a positive and pleasant experience, both with the apartment and the company. The company representative in the building is always available to support and solve any issue related to the apartment or building. The apartment is absolutely great. It's comfortable, clean, you can find most of appliances or items you may need during a short-term stay. I like the building too. It's new, clean, well-managed. The security is strict - which is great from safety point of view; the maintenance team is quick to respond. I highly recommend Bhavan Vacation Homes and Grace Residency building.

Bhavan Vacation Homes are a very trustworthy and professional company. From the beginning they were excellent with communication and especially the two guys we dealt with were absolute gentlemen! We stayed in a studio apt for 2.5 months and had no issues. The studio was super clean and considering the time of year we stayed, it was a great price that we received, especially how nice the place is. It's close to metro, plenty of facilities and shops around. I would confidently recommend Bhavan Vacation Homes for anyone visiting Dubai or for a temporary stay before settling in to the country. 5 Stars for service and stay!

The booking process was very quick through Mr. Mak and Tony when we entered the apartment I was impressed with how clean and everything very new and everything was available specially kitchen and bathrooms and you can enjoy big smart TV and the view of the pool is wonderful will came back soon Thank you Mak
