Punctual, professional, not messy they cover and clean after. Chris and Kent did a good job, smiling, kind, polite. Great service We were not using the AC much in the past couple of months and when I was turning on I was feeling like a humid smell, today after they cleaned it there is no smell.

Very professional company! the team did the job very quickly, the whole procedure leaves a lot of dust all around but the team of 4 staff (Cris, Bronzon, Kent and Allan) left all very clean. Plus they provide pictures of before/after, just brilliant! Highly recommend

Big Elephant offers a top-notch service but is surprisingly not expensive. Among all the other companies we've booked to help us eradicate the rodents in our office, only this company hit the nail on the head. Some would only put pesticides that would last for days. But Big Elephant did an outstanding job by inspecting the area first and evaluating the rodent's first point of entry before coming up with a proper resolution. Now we are very grateful that our office is rodent-free. We all need a trusted company that does not only go after the client's pocket but their happiness/satisfaction. I definitely recommend Big Elephant for their superb service. The customer service especially Vanessa is very attentive and accommodating, even if the service is done they'd take an initiative to check on you. No wonder they'll soon be top-of-the-line.
