If you’re considering moving into this building, please read this carefully. I’ve been a tenant here for the past four years, and unfortunately, my experience has been consistently disappointing due to extremely poor maintenance and lack of accountability. No matter how many times I’ve called, emailed, and followed their required procedures, maintenance issues are either delayed or completely ignored. The AC system constantly breaks down — likely due to the age of the building — and requires frequent repairs. My flooring has been damaged since the floods and has never been repaired, despite multiple follow-ups. The same applies to my wall, which suffered damage from a water leak caused by another maintenance failure. At one point, a technician had to cut through the ceiling to fix the AC. That was months ago, and to this day, no one has come to repair the damage — not even after numerous emails and calls. I’m attaching photos to support this review, not out of frustration alone, but to help others make an informed decision. These issues are ongoing, and prospective tenants deserve to know what they might be dealing with.

I am very disappointed about the security guard (night shift )..his behaviour is unacceptable ..I have been staying in same building for last 4years no one treat us like that ..yesterday we request for trolly as in his custody we never find trolly, because he never bother about it..I asked him for bring trolly he answered to me that this is not his job to bring trolly If u know u can go n find ..he brought trolly later but showing me attitude ..when my wife interrupt, he was coming toward to her n speaking loudly.. n said complaint where ever u want ..he was giving his phone to call ....management should look into it..this type of attitude will not be accepted...
