Excellent management through Kaizen! I truly appreciated the outstanding service provided by Raynold. David, the security personnel, was exceptionally helpful and professional.
This is the first building in the UAE I encountered that has proper management! All the questions are answered immediately; all complaints are resolved ASAP; each and every employee is always eager to help. I sincerely want to thank the whole management, maintenance, cleaning and security team for making my life as easy as possible, and for their persistent support and care. I do hope that the same team led by Mr. Gulam will continue to deliver the excellent service to the tenants in the future.
