Dear Sir/Madam, I want to highlight a serious issue with the cheque collection process. Every time we come to collect our cheques, we are made to wait for nearly one to two hours, often outside in uncomfortable conditions. The cheque issuing staff are often rude and do not treat subcontractors and suppliers with respect. You may notice at the DSO office, where this situation is visible on a daily basis. The sight of people being kept outside due to limited seating in reception, waiting for hours, speaks volumes about how this process is managed. We request you to look into this and take steps to improve the process. Everyone deserves to be treated with basic respect and not have their time wasted. Thank you,

Came here for cheque collection. The staff over there is extremely rude and dont have manners to speak to customers. Worst experience. Wish i can give 0 stars

They use fraudulent ways to sell you properties. Uk brokers mis sell and then bingatti sales assistants claim to know nothing. DO NOT LEAVE DEPOSITS.
