Binghatti Views Security Manager, extremely rude person. I am an elderly lady living in this building and every time the security, One of the Security guards in the basement standing there sees me parking and I really take time to park to be carefuland then once I park he comes and tells me to remove my car also very rude. This happened 4 times. Then he tells me to park in a certain parking space which is a not allowed space and I park and then another security guy comes and tells me this is wrong parking. Troubling an elderly lady is unacceptable coz every time I have to go back and park again. What kind of people are managing this building. Also the basement is so dirty and smells so bad. Everything about this building from inside is unacceptable except the building from outside looks nice, that’s it!!!! Will not recommend this building at all!!! If I have the option to give ‘0’ I would coz they don’t deserve even one star…

My favorite building in Dubai, where I live when I'm there. Friendly hosts and security guards as well as any staff working there. Swimming pool, gym, barber, cafes. Nearby there is a tennis court, offices and everything necessary for life. See you soon!

Such a bad place, run from it. This building has a lot of issues: poor water pressure, very often you won't even have enough for a shower. Maintenance and cleaning at common areas are not the best. Big big big issues with pests, bugs and lots of cockroaches. People keep their sandals, shoes, water bottles on the hall, kids playi with bikes, screaming at the corridor hall making a lot of noise all day long. They even left garbage in the middle of the hall instead of dumping at the proper place, basically living like salvages. A lot of residents don't respect the parking spots and keep using whatever they want, I came home several times and found someone else's car using my parking spot. TV very loud and parties with loud noise and music on the balcony past 10pm until late in morning, security didn't care, have to call the police several times. A lot of complaints to security and management and they did nothing, they don't care at all. Just run from this place, the worst I've seen around town. Even for a cheap rental or buying price not worth it unless you want to live like an animal in a wild environment.
