Had a pleasant experience with Ms. Sabitha today, she's very kind and professional. Explained the tests in detail and most importantly I didn't feel a thing when she puts in the needle to get my blood. Great job!
It is better from the top management to look on the service quality and process followed. As we waited one hour for test suggested and amount paid in Unicare mankool also confirmed by this branch in the day time. And unfortunately the test is not performed and nobody seems responsible
