Imagine wearing one of their so-called "LUXURY" collection shoes for two days and the leather chipping off effortlessly. I contacted and returned the shoes; I chose their most costly sneakers and even paid the 38 AED price difference. Consider the difficulty of returning the shoes to them, and they still want you to pay the price difference. If the price difference is roughly 100 aed or more, I can understand. I purchased three pairs in all. They are all of poor quality. Furthermore, customer service is terrible. I recommend that he get extra training. BUYING FROM THIS STORE IS NOT RECOMMENDED
