B'laban

This place is super popular, and there is always a queue, but hardly surprising since the deserts are exceptional. The portions are absolutely enormous. The desert I got I’ve been eating now for two days. It was amazing. Highly recommend coming here.

I had a very bad experience and feel I need to share it. U don’t even deserve this star ..if i could rate it my self i will put minus 1000 stars … I ordered this product two days ago but barely managed to eat three spoons. The strawberries were clearly expired and had mold on top, the chocolate tasted very different from your usual quality , and they put a very small amount of kuneffa inside..It was obvious the entire portion had been prepared at least four days ago and stored in the refrigerator. The product in reality does not match the pictures at all. After tasting it, I even ended up vomiting. I don’t understand why expired items would be sent to customers. I will be sharing my experience on social media so people can see the reality of this product for themselves ,the pictures do not reflect what is actually delivered. Very disappointed to be honest. Im very busy otherwise i would raise a case against this company ..very irresponsible and unprofessional .

Extremely Disappointed – Found Hair in Dessert! I had a very unpleasant experience at B Laban, Al Barsha, Dubai. We had purchased a dessert expecting the usual high standards that come with such a reputed brand, but to our shock, we found a hair inside the dessert. This is absolutely unacceptable, especially when it comes to food safety and hygiene. It’s disappointing that such negligence can happen at a place known for its quality and presentation. We expected better. I hope the management takes this seriously and improves their hygiene standards to ensure this doesn’t happen to anyone else.

The Pistachio and Kinder Bueno Ice cream was good but too sweet. Not for diabetic person. They have no indoor space, just outdoor which not so appealing to the summer heat in UAE. The staff needs more training in customer service, no courtesy not even a smile. Menu should be available for convenient, you need to scan the code for menu. lol. not all customer has data. Rated 3* because your staff is so rude and don't know how to speak English. I hope mngement will take action on this matter.

Thought it was going to be an all hype and not worth it place as all the influencers couldn't shut up about it. But once I tried it, damn, it was so worth it. Now whenever I go to MoE, I make sure to make a stop at B'laban as well. Service is great, but wait time is expected
