After trying out multiple gyms, Blegend is truly by far the best gym in Dubai for authentic Muay Thai and boxing. The coaches are absolutely amazing teaching proper techniques that are also implemented during sparring sessions. Not Just a cardio session like other gyms i've been too. The atmosphere at the gym is just beautiful and very welcoming both from both the other students, Coaches and Staff. We always come out of the sessions buzzing. If you're looking for a Boxing/Muay Thai gym the only right answer is BLEGEND!

I’ve been to most of the Muay Thai/MMA Gyms in Dubai and I can say without a doubt that BLegend comes closest to replicating the experience of training in Thailand. Well structured training sessions that can help anyone elevate their game. I believe it’s the community that makes the gym, that’s why BLegend is the best Muay Thai gym in Dubai for me.

TLDR: Best Muay Thai Gym I've been to in Dubai - by a country mile. Explanation: As someone who has trained Muay Thai in the UK, most gyms did not live up to my expectations here in Dubai. I've tried out most in Dubai and they are not really focused on skill and teaching, but more-so on cardio based workouts with no technique or form. However, B-Legend goes against the grain in Dubai and is a wonderful facility with excellent coaches. I attended their open sparring day to see how they operate. I was welcomed warmly by Ramy and the coaches gave a small talk on: - What the purpose of sparring was - Trying to take something we've learnt and implement in sparring - How to manage intensity with different sparring partners The coaches themselves also joined in and were great. Adapting to different levels of ability and intensity. The guys from the gym were pretty cool. They were respectful and there were no egos which is a plus. Compared to most gyms here where sparring is just a fight, these guys at BLEGEND knew what they were doing. If you want to learn Muay Thai - I'd suggest coming here If you want to get fit - I'd suggest coming here If you want a nice facility with some great coaches - I'd suggest coming here. If you want to go for glitzy and glamorous gyms that look pretty with coaches that couldn't care less about your training - there's plenty of other options for you
