Bloom World Academy

We might have to move out of the country and I was looking for a school where we are moving. Not even the best schools there quite compare with Bloom. My son's classroom looks better than some of the workshops I attended in 5 star hotels l, so does the library. He has certainly bloomed here, he has become brave, confident and empathetic. Their weekly forums are such a good way of making public speaking look like its just another ordinary task that a kid needs to do that it takes away all their anxiety. I haven't managed to attend many weekly parents workshops but both I attended had learning points that I use till date. The parent communities are all available on WhatsApp which helps stay updated always, and they share reminders and respond to queries almost immediately. The bus service is quite flexible and able to accommodate change of plans very quickly. In extracurricular, he does karate, swimming, gymnastics and football, and this term he plans to start lego building and construction, so he doesn't need to go anywhere else for these. And all of this is included in the school fees! He loves school so much, although study from home option was available on Fridays this Ramadan, he still chose to attend school. The best part is that because of the late start at 9am, he leaves for school the same time we do for work and goes to bed the same time we do. This way we get to spend some family time together. All in all its a fantastic school with an equally good parent community.

I really wanted to love Bloom World Academy, but the admissions process was a major disappointment. From the start, the team was disorganized, unresponsive, and dismissive. After being verbally assured of a spot, communication completely stopped—no updates, no explanation, just silence. For a school that claims to put families first, this was incredibly unprofessional. Over six months later, we were contacted to book (and pay for) a child assessment. The feedback on our child was positive, yet shortly after, we received a generic email stating that the class was full and advising us to look elsewhere. I couldn’t be happier for my children — I truly feel like we’ve found the place for them to grow, thrive, and become their best selves. I’m genuinely surprised by the negative reviews, as they don’t reflect our experience at all. In fact, some of them seem like they must’ve been posted on the wrong page. Over the past two years, all we’ve seen is progress: our kids are growing with confidence, learning discipline, and most importantly, waking up excited to go to school every single day. The warmth of the community and the incredible staff have been a dream come true for our family. I truly hope new parents give this school a chance — we fell in love, and maybe you will too. As A innocent child, I had high hopes for Bloom World Academy given its reputation and facilities, but unfortunately, my experience has been disappointing in several key areas. While the school offers a modern approach to education and impressive infrastructure, there are serious concerns that can't be overlooked. One major issue I have encountered is the lack of proper discipline and supervision. There have been ongoing problems with students vaping on campus and even being witnessed by staff, yet it doesn't seem to be addressed effectively. It's concerning, especially when you're trusting the school with your child's wellbeing. Academically, the school is decent, but it's hard to focus on achievements when the learning environment isn't fully safe or healthy. We appreciate some of the passionate teachers and innovative programs, but unfortunately, the behavior and peer culture seem to overshadow those positives. Bloom has potential, but unless these issues are taken more seriously, I wouldn’t feel confident recommending it at this time.

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the behavior of one of your security personnel, a Nepali security guard i think hes the head or something he was ordering people to do things During my interaction with him, I was subjected to unprofessional, rude, and verbally abusive behavior that was entirely unacceptable and unprovoked. His tone was aggressive, and he spoke in a disrespectful manner that made me feel extremely uncomfortable and unsafe. Such conduct from someone entrusted with public safety and customer service is highly disappointing and uncalled for. Security staff are expected to maintain professionalism, courtesy, and composure at all times regardless of the situation. Unfortunately, this individual's behavior fell far below those standards and has left a negative impression on me I respectfully request that appropriate action be taken to address this matter as this is not the first time.I also suggest that your team consider providing further training on communication and conflict resolution to avoid similar incidents in the future.
