BLS Attestation Services

Customer service was great. The what app chat option is excellent and the responses are quick. It was a smooth process and received teh document quicker than I expected. Definitely an improvement from the last time I used BLS services.

I had the worst experience with them. The delivery person just threw the document on floor near to my previous resident address and did not care to inform. After repeated follow up, I found my official original document found laying on the floor after 3 days after follow up. The call center executive was very rude, unprofessional behavior, and did not understand the problem as he had to to wash his hand from this issue. They overcharge than other attestation agencies and provides the worst service. I never expected that someone will handle my original document so much carelessnessly. Never recommends. Try at your own risk.

In my experience. Such a wonderful company. Especially Ms.Tamara mam.. she done a excellent work. So kindly, response immediately in working times. On time service and safe and secure your certificate. Thanks for the wonderful experience. Keep going and keep rocking. My hearty best wishes ❤️

Very professional and efficient service. Special mention for Ms Farhana, who is very prompt in responding and also knowledgeable. BLS team completed my documents in record 7 days when others have quoted for 2-3 weeks. I am truly satisfied with their services. Well done and keep it up.

Extremely poor customer service. I have been trying to call them for two days and nobody answers. Their Whatsapp support reads the message and ignore it. They blatantly lie about timelines and call backs. I would not recommend them. They work with absolutely zero ethics. Also, to note if you look at 4+ star review they come from people who have never given a google review and the low ones are coming from people who generally have given multiple reviews on google, that should say something about legitimacy of the business. Update: After multiple attempts my work finally went through. I updated the review from one star to three stars as in the end they were able to speed up the process. Thank You
