BLU Dubai

Nice music and atmosphere. The music was loud, but as much as needed for a club. The prices are much higher than those of other clubs, and the service is not the best you can get then Dubai. I can say it is very average quality of service.

The place looks nice. Food and drinks are great. They have lounge zone which is good if you want to just sit and talk and have a dinner and also they have big night club with great show and good music where you can enjoy and have a fun. Recommend this place

The ambiance was good but the waiter was pushing us for bottle. Most of us were non drinkers and we told them the same while booking the table and we agreed to minimum spend for 3k. They refused that they don’t have beers but later when I took a round lot of people had beers in their hand. We ordered for cocktails but the guy was not sure about the base of the drink. At the end I was served the drink in a chipped glass and someone pushed me,while wiping the glass my fingers got a cut and asked for a bandage but no one helped. It was bleeding very much. Food was good. Drinks were awful the presentation and the drinks were served was not the same. Whiskey sour not balanced. old fashioned was too sweet. Just sharing my honest opinion. Overall a good club. I have been here before but I didn’t spend much time then.

Went with my friend on Thursday night. Hostess at the door is incredibly rude. Ordering us and getting angry if we ask for a second before moving. One of them super super disrespectful and does not know how to talk to people I wonder how she got this job. She was mocking us and threatening to kick us out just because we did not move seats as soon as she asked us to. We were happily going to move just taking our stuff but she started getting angry all of that for not even 3 seconds. Telling us to move with her hands as if we were animals. We ended up leaving right away after feeling disrespected. Never going there again. Not worth any second of my time to be treated like that.

I had a very disappointing experience at the entrance of this club. I asked if I could wait few minutes in the reception area while my two friends—who had already entered—checked out the place since it looked pretty empty. Instead of answering my questions or showing any understanding, the receptionist was extremely arrogant and dismissive, just repeating that I either pay and go in or leave. To make things worse, the bouncer stepped in with a threatening attitude, which made me feel very uncomfortable. I’ve been to many clubs and have never been treated so poorly or disrespectfully. There was no professionalism or basic courtesy. Definitely not the kind of welcome or customer service you’d expect at a venue like this.
