If you ask something, you don't get an answer, it's sad
Good luck being able to book them or getting an answer on time. The customer support/sales representative is just so bad. The funniest part is they ask you to confirm the quotation without them confirming availability, then 2 hours prior the scheduled time they inform you that the team is far and cannot make it!!
We have contract and we tried to reach you for colection of used oil nor the land line or the contact person is picking the call.. can you explain ?
Bad customer service ever. and I hope if they can change the person who answers the calls because his Attitude so bad.
